There is a registration fee of $250 US per person, which helps cover the cost of select meals during group activities, supports efforts to enhance the overall reunion experience, and includes a complimentary reunion t-shirt for each registrant.

At this time, we are unable to offer a reduced fee for children aged 2 years and older. This is because the pricing structure for the food and activities provided is based on a per-person rate, regardless of age. Each individual, including young children, is accounted for in the overall cost to ensure sufficient meals, materials, and accommodations are available for all attendees. However, children under the age of two may attend free of charge. We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us create a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Deadlines

  • Reunion Registration Form & Payment Deadline: November 30, 2025
    → This allows time for you to arrange your flight, lodging, and transportation.

  • Lodging Interest Form Deadline: August 31, 2025
    → This form helps us gauge interest in group hotel rates.

Lodging Recommendations

  • The planning committee is working to secure group rates at the Marriott. Please complete the lodging interest form so we can have an understanding of how rooms we should hold.

  • If you prefer an Airbnb, we recommend staying near:

    • Frigate Bay

    • Basseterre
      These areas are close to key reunion events and offer convenience and a variety of amenities.

Rental Car Tips

  • We recommend booking through Hertz for reliable service and availability on the island.

Note: The reunion is taking place around the same time as the St. Kitts Music Festival, a popular island event that draws many visitors. We encourage everyone to plan ahead and book flights, accommodations, and transportation early to ensure availability and the best rates.

In addition to the main reunion events, we’re excited to offer optional activities like Music Fest and the Nevis Sail Away, which we hope family members will join! As planning continues, more activities—some included in the registration fee and others available at an additional cost—will be shared.
