Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you are no longer able to attend the reunion, refund requests must be submitted on or before November 30, 2025, which is the close of the registration period.

After November 30, 2025, all payments are non-refundable, as funds will have already been committed to vendors and event expenses.
